One of the major causes of the high turnover of providers is due to them all trying to price too high with some of the more established ladies. They then don't get enough customers, or make enough money, and then figure that they would rather do something else for that level of pay. The established providers love this as the greatest threat to their demand is the constant influx of new providers, especially when they undercut the old gaurd.

My counter to number one is that they will price accordingly based on te competition. Like your Apple mention, they charge more for their product as it is seen as being in an exclusive club. Google doesn't actually care what they sell their branded products for because their real revenue comes from advertising dollars. Microsoft is trying to stay relevant and actually make money every time Google sells a physical Google branded product. So one wants max profits. Another draws profit from another realm, and the last gets it from everywhere. So I guess she should follow the Microsoft model and make it however she can?
Now number two is usually a select group in certain demographics. She asked everyone, and let's face it most of the people who post in Co-Ed are not the high spenders. I'm not even sure they reflect 20% of the viable feedback. Just look at how many made free or eccie discount jokes versus a real tangible answer.
So here is a real answer: do some research. Do a search on blow n go. Look at other ladies who offer it. Also think about how many of those you wanna do as opposed to the complete package. You that as a general ruler on what you think your skillset is worth by comparison. You can always adjust it if it's too high or low after a month or two.
Set a goal of what you want to earn a week a month etc.
I personally do not factor if someone is known for doing a blow and go, but some (target demographic) may eliminate you.
