Sorry to hear that you got tossed around by one that can't use her age and spinning tenedacies as a reason to be but to be simply rude to her clients. Don't worry there are a lot of fish in the sea. Been fishin' a long time myself, but not as long as some of those olden goldies that still can't tame me. texting is really a pain in the butt here in San Antonio now as you have to pull over to avoid breaking our illustrious DA's and Chied R onald M A C Donald's new edict while driving. Really aren't a lot of places along 281, 410, IH-10, 1604, etc., let alone the busier streets like Fredericksburg, DeZavala and others.

I personally prefer to talk then to text. One can tell alot by the tone of voice(relaxed or nervous), their form of expression(Choice words) , their reaction to a silly unexpected comment(non-responsive, giggles, laughs or comes back with a funny response) and overall the topic of conversation that allows each of us to feel comfortable(not related to hobby).

That is unfortunate that happened to you since you were expecting an enjoyable encounter. Plus you went out of your way to purchase her a nice gift. I am not a fan of texting for all of the above reasons listed and then some. I would much rather hear a persons voice, there is going to be a whole generation that doesn't know how to carry on a conversation. Helk I don't even have a cell phone, I do all work correspondence by email.

If you focus on "texting", you are missing the point. It is about consideration and communication. There are many ways to accomplish the latter. They are all useless if you do not have the former.

FL, couldn't agree with you more...but, *consideration* goes both ways. The hobbyists that feel the need to make sarcastic remarks about poor business skills...are usually the ones that providers often decide to cut-off because of their arrogant and pushy attitudes.

The class act gentlemen of the board don't have to sit around and laugh at providers...or be so arrogant to think they know so much about providiing that they could write a manual.

The hypocrisy is ridiculous...as if hobbyists NEVER miscommunicate, make last minute cancellations, cancel, run late, stayover their scheduled time, reschedule an appointment...become rude, obnoxious, or bully a provider who couldn't accomodate a same day/last minute request...get to an appointment and leave because the provider's not what he expected...short on a donation or steal from a provider...NCNS...assault or rape...stalk...lie to their brethern to tarnish a provider's reputation...be disrespectful toward providers as if we're supposed to be playtoy robots with no feelings or *real* lives.

The majority of the hobbyists understand the complexities of the hobby...thank goodness. They realize that Respect Begets Respect...about being human...being *non-judgmental* and realize that EVERYONE screws up a time or two in their lives. Afterall, we're all outlaws here.

Again, UP...sorry you got the run-around, and hope, if it really was her...that she makes her apology and make things right.

Wow LN where did that come from? I've never done any of that stuff and if you read my post I was merely answering an ad. I posted about it just to vent and actually felt it was no big deal because like my daddy used to say "Nobody got hurt". This stuff is so silly especially when we think of how blessed we are compared to say Haiti earthquake victims. I'm not angry at this girl really and got over it just by posting. I knew she wouldn't be hurt by it because she has tons of great reviews and although I never met her she looks extremely hot from her pictures. Besides she's obviously got more requests then she can handle. I was just thinking about that saying that "We have only so many Springs and so many Summers" and I guess to add a corollary "... only so many Saturday afternoons."

I guess what you are referring to is the attitude like we could teach these providers a class. But I have ALWAYS realized the incredible discrepancy in all of this. My post was merely about a frustrating afternoon in the life of an ordinary hobbyist. How trivial. But just like I can't go and tell my friends and family about how I had a bad day because an escort blew me off I can come here and do it. I've always thought that was a nice little minor function of these boards. It also adds to the information and helps guys who are concerned about these things like the guys who say they have only one little window to see a girl once or twice a month. There's plenty of fish in the ocean And so I went and had a session with one of my regular girls and felt great.

I think it's cool how these discussions can digress in other directions like cell phones and Tom Petty. I actually went and pulled out some 80's Tom Petty and had a blast listening to those CD's. Isn't that what fun discussions are about? I love digression. But please let's don't turn this into an US vs. THEM kind of thing.

up... I believe that the hobbyists have every right to come to this board and voice their experiences. But this should have been in the alert section and not coed. IMHO.
LN and other providers are subject to MUCH MUCH more than just the fun side of our services. I am not sure exactly who had said it. since this thread has gotten to be a bashing of the provider/s, this is a business and have to treat it as such. which is very sad but true. And like a business there are certain ways of conducting that business, good or bad or with mistakes or without. ( depending on how good it is)
The provider in question has not chimed in to defend herself, which I think she should.
As business, this will come back to haunt her if these allegations are correct that face her.
It has always been the norm here that hobbyists get to rate our service/s, good or bad in the coed forum, but we can not do the same in a coed forum with Hobbyists that wrong us? or treat us bad? or are disrespectful? or ncns? or double book with a another lady? etc etc etc....
IMHO.... 1.should have been in the alert section, then here in coed if nothing was resolved. 2. the provider needs to defend herself 3.we all need to be respectful of each other cause this is not cool and only causes extra stress on each side of the fence that is unneeded and unwanted.

sooo I was going to just ignore this all together, I really don't care what is said about me or even to me, when it comes to this website.

If you must know, even though it really isn't anyone's business, last week I had to press Physical Assault Charges against an ex boyfriend of mine. I also had to MOVE for the third time in the month so he wouldn't be able to locate me.

Also just this Monday, I had some pretty major Oral Surgery done and I am still as I write this in a little bit of pain. I have about 1 and 1/2 more months more of appointments before I will have all my dental work completed.

I have a lot of requests in my inbox and my cell phone waiting and pending, I do not have time to reply to every single one explaining my situation over and over again. I wish I did, but I don't.

Now I havn't even read any of this thread but this is just a update on my status since everyone is so concerned.
