Just a little follow up -- Since posting this thread I have received additional responses. I already mentioned at least one who admits to having seen this thread and apologized for her delayed response. It was very professional and insightful why she was uncertain to reply to my message. A couple of others have responded in the affirmative regarding scheduling but the response time was still over two weeks.

Opposite Reaction
The results were incredibility positive. A couple of providers replied on the board. Multiple providers sent PM's directly and two males PM'ed me with additional suggestions based upon their own experiences with nearly identical experiences.
Larger Community
Certainly the community in Dallas is much larger. Seems like there is a different mix of providers there as well, more bisexual providers active in Dallas. Or there are more bisexual providers willing to see female clients.
Just thought it was interesting enough. The culture of the ecccie Dallas community seems much more open.
