There is a little known fact that when Moses came down from the mountain with the stone tablets there were three. Half way down the clumsy ass dropped one and it shattered. On the broken one were the 11th thru 15th commandments. #12 states "Thou shalt not post review of same fallen woman within three moon cycles of last review expecting PA credit. Thou is welcome to post non credit review any time to pimpeth or white knight said fallen woman." Hope this clears up mystery of 90 day rule.

I've done reviews knowing I wouldn't get PA. The review should be about the ECCIE I - (information) E - (exchange) first and the PA second. Otherwise it would be called the ECCIE4PA board.
