nope.. It was in South Florida... But Houston and San Antonio rates were in that range..... and Austin was a bit higher... but not $300 by any means...

The end of 2004 I was at the height of my hobbying. Amazing Escorts was the top agency in Austin and their rates were $300. I really don't remember rates much lower than today. What I have seen is more ladies raising their prices into the $250 to $300 range. Harder to find a $200 girl any more. Easier back then.
I personally don't mind being asked but I don't like being low balled either.... my rates are already on the lower end but the worst thing that could happen if you ask is ..l say no

Use to be that Providers didn't post a 1.5 hour rate.
So, I always had to ask what it was.
More of them have it posted now but I always disliked to ask but they understood.
Never haggled. But some would come up with a donation that seem out there.

If you tried to negotiate with a lawyer, and succeeded in lowering his rate, do you honestly think that he's going to represent you as best he can? Or do you think maybe he wouldn't return calls/emails as promptly as you would like him to. Or would it be more likely that while he's an effective lawyer who gets the job done, that you might not get everything that you wanted?

Simple if a provider is worth it I will pay her asking rate no quips, if I feel she is not worth it and plan a and b fell through I will attempt to negotiate, be chase otherwise plan c would never even get my business.

I haggle for items at the flea market or on Craigslist, but never for pussy. I'm not buying it. I'm renting it for an hour, at the very least. If the body, price, and the reviews of her interest me then I'll go ahead and bite on the bait, but if not then I move on to someone who will interest me.
