As Nik pointed out very well above, I have been fortunate to visit you and now call you my friend, when having the opportunity to spend some time with you I leave in comfort of having had someone care about me for myself and providing me with a therapy that is not found elsewhere! In my POV you provide us a service that is no different from a doctor, lawyer, tutor, teacher, psychologist, well my list can go on, but the point is all provideing a service to another has a value placed to it, and the free market, without government interference, will determe what renumeration is to be assigned to it. Great post Anita. I haven't had the privilege of your company yet but definitely plan too.
As far as the subject at hand, I do understand the concept. I had an arrangement for two years that I saw the same girl every week at the same time and day. I paid her at the beginning of each month so she knew she could count on the money to pay her bills and I could count on a guaranteed date. When I would choose to see someone new or a visitor, I would let her know so she would not prepare for our date but I did not ask for or expect a rebate. If she could not make it she let me know in advance and usually we just rescheduled for another time. That only happened 3 or 4 times in the whole 2 years. She worked for an MP in buffalo during the day so she was always available in the evenings. Sadly for me she moved to Florida and decided to go to school. I still am friends with her on Facebook and she is doing great. It worked for me because I do not have the luxury of much advanced scheduling.

Great post!! I had the fortune to have lady friends I prevously visited, and they moved onto other places or just retired. We still do also keep in touch.

Yes, that is a great question. A freind of mine actually has a few women like that. He takes care of things for them. He doesnt necessarily give them an allowance but he takes care of rent and bills. A type of sugar daddy.
