Circa 1997, before BP, the Dallas Observer had a number of ads for women that did this. They'd dance for as long as you wanted and then release you in an L1, L2, or L3 fashion, depending on which one you chose. I remember having sessions like this.

I like the playing and the teasing that goes on in lap dance situation. The idea of starting a session with a lap dance with lots of samples of what is to come is a great turn on and then move to the VIP area. The prolonged stimulation makes the pop so much better. Great idea.
