(Excuse the crudeness) You have a guy that gave a girl a bad review after paying her $40. That is Forty Dollars, not One hundred a forty. I've brought a bottle of wine to a session that cost twice that much. If he actually paid $250, it would be a bad review if the pussy didn't sing Yankee Doodle Dandy.

it really is this simple...
each provider charges what she wants, does who she wants, and does as little as she can.
each client pays what he wants, sees who he wants, and gets as much as he can.

yes, sometimes a client can get a reduction in a fee just by asking. or a provider can get a premium for her services.
and yes, sometimes a client can get a great multi-hour deal. or a provider can get a premium for multi-hour deals.

but nothing we say and very little of what we do will affect a provider's fees.


now, treating providers and treating clients w/ respect is a whole other question/topic.
but in general, treat everyone w/ respect and in a manner you would want to be treated yourself.

It isn't a clique. I have a lot of friends in the hobby.

Again, he didn't say where this was, who was involved, what was said, whether it was public or private. I don't see any confidential information. This subject came up back on ASPD. It is as old as the net. Nothing new here.

He is a friend and yes, I have his back. If this topic hadn't come up a dozen times over the years, I might agree with you. If he had quoted someone or named a name, I would definitely agree with you. All he talks about is the subject of a conversation. Again, this has come up many times. I saw it several times on the old ASPD site.

He also mentioned that women had been confronted in a public area. I don't know what he was referring to.

The issues that drove the need for this discussion are open to be read in the welcome wagon by anyone who cares to look. It is an issue I feel affects the community at large. The ability of guys to attack gals in such a public forum without apparent repercussions is worthy of discussion.

it is wrong to do that. Especially in the ww. Guys have the ability to keep such comments private or just not make them at all. People should make note of the guys attacking me for bringing this issue to the forefront. Perhaps there is a more fundamental reason they choose to attack me than discuss the issue.

I have quoted no one. I have listed no names. None of this subject is new to coed. I have said nothing that has not been mentioned here before. If it is not worth talkimg about, then make no comments and it will fade away quickly. Clearly it has struck a sore nerve with some. Makes you wonder what they have to hide.

I have been able to chat with a few new gals. They tell me they get swamped with requests for discounts, expanded services, reviews for free sessions, etc .They tell me the reputation of ECCIE is the wal-mart of escort boards and very unfriendly. Several girls have told me they would not come here but business is tough and they are trying to expand their markets. They hate BP even more but can go there and make more money.

To me, the more gals we have here the better it is for everyone. Even if they are gals I would not see, they add to the community and help make it better for everyone.

What do you think? Is it right for these guys to attack the new providers? Are they helping keep rates down? As a provider, how do you respond to guys like this?

Your right, I cannot change the minds of those who act like this. But, making others aware of their behavior may encourage others to also bring them to task and make it clear their activates are noted and not condoned. By not objecting to them at all, their behavior becomes accepted and the norm. If the community at large chastises them then perhaps some will decide its not the thing to do. The victims will see the community at large is not represented by these few assholes. Perhaps more will stay around longer to become the next generation of outstanding providers.

Here is an example thread. Does not matter if you think the gal is crazy to ask so much. What is important is to see how some of these gals get treated when they first arrive. In the past, guys would keep their remarks in private. Now, some seem to feel they do not need to show any respect. Which is the whole point of this thread. There are plenty of other examples to be found.
