Straight up GSO....found it in the massage oils ection at a local pharmacy. I'll read the label and post specifically later on which one was found....

Haven't looked in the cooking oils ection of the grocery yet....

Let me say that it is long lasting, and does not get either sticky or dry....either for external OR internal usage!

so the same stuff from the grocery store can be used as 'lube' meaning..internal??
i get the massage oil part and agree with the plastic squrit bottles as i do the same with other oils...but some of my other oils would not work as 'lube'

LOL Burkalini. I'm very sensitive to most flavored or scented lubes. I used to use olive oil and it works well except it goes rancid at elevated temperatures and tastes like motor oil when it goes rancid. I bought some when I was in NYC and it was rancid and that's a buzz kill.

Grape seed oil keeps better because it can withstand 100 degree temps and that's what I will always use. And yes, I cook with it too but the one I use for cooking never leaves the kitchen. One is for the bedroom only and vise/verse.

Gun oil is a synthetic lube that I can handle and it's good for strap on play. I've used it on myself but it's mostly for others.

On the specifics of the technique ...

His hand is shown only from below, so where the flat of his palm is resting, if at all, is not clear to me.

If the palm is resting against her, then this looks to be an improvement upon the CAT (coital alignment technique) for intercourse.

In CAT, the man is in missionary position, but moves himself up the body of the woman so his penis is almost straight up and down; and the woman tilts her hips slightly so that the shaft of the penis is touching the clitoral area. Thus movements concentrate on stimulating the nerves of the external clitoral cluster and the opening of the vagina.

The technique shown in the video would appear to be an improvement in that by using the fingers, the internal portions of the clitoral cluster (g-spot) are stimulated simultaneously with the external portions.

It DOES look somewhat rough in the video; but in reality no rougher than penetration. Is this enabled to be non-harmful by the lubricity of the oil?

Yes, the grape seed oil helps make everything comfortable and slick. As noted above, as I understand it GSO has properties that improve blood flow circulation in the labia--you will note it blossoms to a deeper red and becomes puffier, as compared to say Astro Glide or their own natural lubrication.

When I do it, I use two fingers (middle and index finger at first and then ultimately switch to ring finger and middle finger when you begin the more intense technique), if it does not cause discomfort, and slowly start a two finger come hither motion in tandem--like jogging in place with fingers, alternating pressure on the G-spot bundle. Sometimes I will use my thumb lightly on the clitoris, or as you suggested, the heel and palm of the hand. As her excitement grows, I actually move the fingers upward and lift slightly as I increase the speed of the strokes. To get proper position, it is important to point your pinkie and index finger pointed downward when you do the faster, lifting motion.

Some women like it if you take the other hand and put just a little pit of downward pressure on their pelvis as you stroke. Another effective technique, if you don't mind getting your face a little wet when they squirt, is to combine DATY in the opposite motion of what you are doing with your fingers: that is as the fingers go up and around the g-spot bundle and hook downward, move your tongue against the labia and clitoris in small circular up strokes--twirling, if you can get your tongue to do that.

The key really is the massage before hand to relax them and build trust. If they are a bit tighter, try inserting your finger upside down and do the same motion you would do on the g-spot, but downward in the six o'clock position. There is a nerve bundle located there that will actually cause the vaginal muscles to relax and go a bit slack--especially helpful in between orgasms, if they tend to spasm and get tight when cumming.

Yes, bubbajay. . .GSO is safe for the kitty and quite tasty. I just made a wonderful salad dressing from the last bit I had in the cannister of oil I fill my small bottles from.

You just have to love the efficiency of something you can play with and eat.

PS: Just as a reminder, since it appears on the first page of this thread, if you do play with this inside, it is a good idea not to use latex condoms. Some studies suggest organic oils can cause the pores in a latex condoms to stretch and the material can deteriorate. You might want to consider having poly condoms like the Trojan Supra.
