Y'all need to go to Memphis for BBQ if you like dry rub vs sloppy sauce. But Clem's is very good on both sauce and chicken/ribs

first off, pork and chicken is by far the better meat for bbq, dry rubbing the meat is the way to go

cow is for a great steak and a good burger............
