Please JDIdiot, try to explain in excruciating detail how General MacArthur's orders (from Truman) were "unlawful."
And while you're at it, please try to do a much better job than you did in your explanation that the 777 was parked on a remote island, somewhere in the middle of nowheresville and camouflaged by netting and Wilted Shrubs.

Have you responded to the "yes" or "no" question yet?
If not, what's the hold up?

Yes. My response was a LAWFUL objection to an UNLAWFUL question.
When you grow up and learn how to ask LAWFUL, RELEVANT questions check back in. Otherwise ... you are dismissed, pleb.

I find it quite ironic that LLIdiot would use the terms "diversion and deflection." Indeed, the Patriarchal Idiot is the Master of "DIVERSON & DEFLECTION."
One needs to look no further than this thread alone to determine how accomplished LLIdiot is at "diversion and deflection."
This thread originated with one prevailing thought in mind. The thought itself was asked in the form of a very simple question. That being "who in here would still have invaded Iraq in 2003." In fact, the OP clearly was directed at "LL" by name, among others.
Since the original question was asked, there have literally been dozens upon dozens of very similar questions, directed specifically at LLIdiot and asked with that same basic premise in mind.
In each and every instance, LLIdiot, has used "diversion and deflection" to avoid answering a very simple "yes" or "no" question.
It soon became clear that LLIdiot will go to great lengths to divert and deflect from answering the question.
Why, you might ask? Because he's is a blowhard, cowardly Idiot.
Guilty as charged!
Carry on, Private Cowardly Idiot!

It comes down to this, you have to figure out what an unlawful order is and you may be called to account for disobeying even if you're right. Since most of my time was navy lets go with that. If an officer (with maybe the exception of the Captain of the ship) orders me to open a valve and flood a space for no apparent reason then it may be an unlawful order. If an officer orders me to kill someone one (once again, for no apparent reason) then it probably is an unlawful order. Okay, simplier stuff (for the simple people here), real example we were given; an officer orders me and any other enlisted man to wash and wax his car. That is an unlawful order. More serious stuff, if the military is called out to quell civil unrest and I am ordered to fire on civilians and this time the situation is pretty apparently bad, it may still be an unlawful order unless said order comes from someone with the authority to issue such an order.
To make this clear: there are times when you can legally refuse to follow an order so Tampon is wrong.
By the way, somewhere in there you failed to mention squad leader and platoon leader. Executive officer? That implies a second in command, who's the first? I looked at your link to see why you got things wrong. In the navy there is the recruit, directly above him (or her) is the RPO1 (Recruit Petty Officer 1st Class), above that person is the RCPO (Recruit Chief Petty Officer), then is the Company Commander (who could be a 1st class or a CPO) and the rest is unimportant because your typical recruit is never going to meet any of them.

I wish you would read this fucking post again. You have tied yourself up into so many goddamn knots, it's hilarious. To make this clear? Nothing about this post is clear. You been eating retard sandwiches again?
You start out saying that it doesn't have to be carried out. Then you don't even know what one is. You give three or four shitty examples. More serious stuff? As opposed to being ordered to kill someone for no reason? Because that doesn't sound serious at all

No, he means quoting his post to Turdy the idiot turdfly.
You know, I'm no "search--->copy/paste" expert, but I seem to remember you mentioning the ignore button being some kind of cowardly, dipshit, chicken move.
If that's the case, would you like to tell JDIdiot and Turdfly what gigantic chickenshits they are?
By the way, Turdy the idiot turdfly....are you up-to-date on WR's latest postings? Fresh off the press...

So all of the rest of the days of the week, you two guzzle cum or let it spatter on your faces as a "beauty treatment" when you're not trying to poke your Shrillary doll or jerk off to pictures of the dumbascrap "dollies" ? Ok, we've got your "work" schedule now for Talleywackers.
