If you are into crime dramas you have to check out
The Town
Get Carter (Stallon remake)
No Country For Old Men
Brooklyn's Finest
If you don't mind subtitles here are some great foreign crime dramas
Sin Nombre (about MS13)
Gammorah (about the camorra)
City of God (about a slum in Rio De Janeiro)
Also. Some of my favorite comedies are
The Big Lebowski
Super Troopers
Royal Tenenbaums
Idocracy
Little Miss Sunshine

I love independent films. I don't have a favorite, because it depends on my mood. For some reason I love end of the world movie/alient attack/or armaggedon flicks. Some of my all time favorites:
The Lover
The Lost Boys
Boys Don't Cry
Requim for a Dream
Blow
The Ring

Mine would be Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Matrix trilogy, Book of Eli (Denzel is the shiznit and Mila Kunis is so freaking hot!), and the Rocky series! Everytime any of those come on I have to watch it. Or I'll pop them in A's those are in my rotation right now!!!
