How often do you self pleasure?

Thanks, Ive lost about 15lbs since December, and trying to tone up this old body. I was diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 last year(February) and was in a shitty relationship that didnt help any. I guess since last Feb it has been about 25lbs. No more alcohol or refined sugar. Ill never be a size 6 or skinny but being a size 10 curvy with boobs and an ass is fine with me and cardio fit, and amazingly so a few wrinkles that I had gained are now gone. I got carded recently and I didnt have my ID on me, the guy at the door thought I was late 20's. I thought maybe he was just flirting lol. I guess being happy for the first time in a very long time really shows. If anyone wants to know how I am doing it just hit me up. I am getting re-certified to train on the side, and might take some classes on nutrition and holistic methods.

And speaking of holistic natural ways, I used coconut oil as a personal lube, instead of KY that causes me issues, and it(coconut oil) didnt agree with my body. Of course lately, Ive got the natural lube going on, and since Im about to hit the gym and tan, later it will be me and finger Tom getting it ON! lol

I love the coconut oil, I even have a body wrap that has it in it--my own creation, it smells great and moisturizes as you slim up the cellulite. However the lady parts arent too fond of it haha.

I just use glycerin and dilute it with water to the desired consistency. Scent extracts can be added for special occasions.

Chellachella, That's Awesome! congratulations and very inspiring. I just quit drinking myself and would love to have someone in the business to talk to about that and as soon as the city thaws out I'm biking my butt back to the gym! I go to the NOAC if anyone is on this end of town and needs a workout buddy!

I LOVE coconut oil! I use it for everything. I use it for lubrication and haven't had any problems.And I use it as an all over moisturizer, I don't even buy lotion anymore, and it's is awesome for your hair. I've heard a spoon full is good in coffee too, haven't tried that yet. Sorry, someone said coconut oil, Set me off!!

Just let me know, Im not on the southshore but doesnt mean I cant travel to take a bike ride.

And I think I jacked my own thread,it was about self pleasure lol, I am bored too and about to hit the gym, which makes me horny. Theres been a hot guy there about 45 yrs old or so, Im trying to catch him again and make small talk, is he married, etc. The tan bed room might get a lil hot if you know what I mean. Last time I was there he was on a machine behind me panting and sweating, I almost jumped his ass! His breathing turned me on!!!
