Ive been in outcall situations where the gent already had porn playing when I arrived to set the mood. We would watch it a little in between rounds and fool around. But i think it just depends on the situation.

Unfortunately one of the effects of porn addiction is that it messes with your response mechanism (among other things). Some guys might watch porn during a session because it's the only way they can get aroused.
