Not even California? If you are right, that does say something. I would prefer it be put in by popular vote rather than some judge.

It's about basic human rights you asshat. People like you who are "angry" about the fact that gays are demanding to be treated the same as everybody else are just gonna have to get over it. The same as the racists did when integration and civil rights came to pass, the same as when the sexists did when women got the vote, etc. History is littered with the ideological corpses of half-wits like you.

It's not about a scary gay bully or any radical minority. It's about basic human decency....which, not surprisingly, you lack.

Now Timmie is getting hysterical and the GOP were the ones who "gave" women the right to vote. Stepped on your johnson that time Timmie.

Now back to the subject and I will try to explain it so you can understand it.

Lets start with five people; one is very gay, one is very straight, the person in the middle is a textbook definition of bisexual, the middle one on the left is transgender, and the middle on the right is ambivalent. Understand; gay, transgender, bi-sexual, ambivalent, and straight. Now if this were reality then it would be more like four gay people, one transgender person, four bi-sexual people, 35 ambivalent, and 56 straight people but this is not about numbers.

Okay, the right of marriage. According to the US Constitution (so it is NOT about human rights as this is not an international thing) the 56 straight people can get married, the 35 ambivalent people can also get married, guess what? the four bi-sexual people can get married as well, along with the one transgender person, and the four gay people. They can all get married and they are all equal in the eyes of constitutional law. Now you want to thow in that they can't get married to the person they love. Where does it say that in the Constitution? There is nothing there about love. Even a straight person cannot marry someone they "love" if that person is a sibling, a parent, a child, too young, unable to consent, unwilling to consent, already married, not human, or of the SAME SEX. You see "love" cannot be measured and is not constitutional but the others can be measured and have been codified into laws that ALL must obey. The gay people, the bi-people, the cross-dressers, the ambivalent, and the straight people must obey the same laws and that way they are all equal.

This is not about hatred as you like to put it or bullying. It is about law, the Constitution, and some good old common sense. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law now but the gay coalition wants to change that. If you redefine marriage to satisfy the gay coalition then you open the door to all the rest. You may not like to hear this (I know you don't) but nature, biology, and, if you will, God have already voted. They come down on the side of traditional marriage. A species cannot survive if homosexuality is the norm and if it is not the norm then what would you call it.....abnormal, yes, very good. That is the correct answer. ABNORMAL! What is a synonym of Abnormal? Deviant comes to mind. Perverse is another. I'm sure that Timme is about to burst a blood vessel at this point or maybe later when his care taker reads this to him. So stand by for another profane, hateful diatribe against the logic of law.

You have to ask yourself about why Timmie cares so much. Considering some of the things he has written it is not about human rights, it is about hatred. He will support anything (abortion, gay marriage, dead ambassadors, officials lying, and wall to wall spying on us) if it will hurt what he considers lesser mortals. Timmie would have felt right at home in central Europe of the 1930s or Russia of the 20th century. He would have marched, he would have fought, and he would have served as a camp guard or informant. This is all about his hatred.

Anyone come up the answer earlier? How many states have voted in gay marriage? You know, the will of the people and all that.

Making Duck call is not normal, should that then be compared to bestiality?

Traditional Marriage is not necessary to survival of man. Were it, we would have been gone long ago. Marriage is in historical terms a rather recent phenom.

You are full of shit as usual JD.

JD, you are absolutely correct.

It's not about marrying who you want. So let's just be done with all this arguing and get back to arranged marriage for all. I'm sure you would agree with that.

Why is it so hard for Thumpers to see that they are no different than the Taliban--live my way or else.

Is it senility O T? I don't remember writing anything about arranged marriage....nope! I didn't so who are you reading? Like the Nazi comment the other day, the Taliban comment is below the belt unless you can back it up. Care to step up and try?

Black is the absence of light and up/down depends on your situation.

By the way, I'm done with Timmie. I have exposed him as a hateful, ignorant little twit and he will just have to live with that knowledge and the fact that we know it.

Yes, after being slapped around for the umpteenth time, the Professor declares victory and walks away clapping himself on the back and chuckling happily. Tool.

I don't know why you are hatin on JD. He respectfully states his opinion. I disagree with it but he isn't disagreeable, unlike COG. He seems like a decent guy, although a little too conservative for my taste but he has a right to his opinion. Plus, he does bring up the annoying little fact that gay marriage has apparently never been voted in... makes me wonder.

Whatever is between JD and me is between JD and me....and you ought to butt the fuck out. If you're with him on discrimination against gays, just say so....who gives a shit? You're just another idiot in a long line.

And, you're opinion regarding COG is interesting. COG and I have gone at it hammer and tong and disagreed on almost every single fucking thing (edit...see below)....long before you ever appeared here. But, I respect his opinion. He says some things that make a lot of sense....even if I rarely admit it. It's the Libertarian thing. Every once in a while they come up with something I can agree with.
