first off, raquel, sorry that it was not as deliteful an encounter as you hoped it would be. but i'm glad that you were able to take it in stride and post about your experience in a pretty straightforward and fairly objective way.
all you can control is how you react to things like this. cos it probably wasnt about you, but his view and reaction to the encounter.
folks, raquel's post shows that there are all kinds of possible outcomes when a client meets a provider - everything from incredibly deliteful to "what the hell was that all about??" and that NO ONE is immune to the range of experiences.
raquel, now you can say you've experienced the less than deliteful side and lived to delite another day.
but, in this sub-culture of ours, if one doesnt experience a less than deliteful experience, one is extremely lucky or blessed.

well it's a great thread cos she was pretty objective, stated generally what happened, stated how she felt, and MOST IMPORTANTLY didnt call the guy a bunch of names and castigate the hell out of him. she did opine that he was "a pussy", "a time waster and just plain rude" - fair and understandable assessment.
obviously, something spooked him and he ran.
understandable - cos there's four basic human emotions, all start w/ an "F":
feed, fight, flee, and sex.
imho, no need call him gay or a dickwad or anything else.
and no need to cast him as a "dont ever see this guy", at least until we know more about him.

johnny, i agree.
rather than assuming that he is a jerk or worse [which i'm glad raquel didnt do], it'd be a good idea to hear from him and understand his experience. it sure appears he got spooked and fled.
actually, raquel's recounting of the experience is one of the better stories i've read about NCNS or ABF [arrived but fled] encounters.
again, raquel, hope things turn deliteful for you.
