DR, best I can do on announcing dates is about a month ahead or maybe 6 weeks after events are set in stone.
***So, therefore, SA's two events a month, Austin's once every 6 weeks are pretty much predictable time lines.
I only update my signature more or less monthly, but if you want a more personal forecast, shoot me a PM and I'll try to give you an idea of where and when to be, as I schedule venues well in advance of a month to make sure dates can be announced. For example, San Antonio's annual Hollow Weenie Masquerade is for certain.
GS, please see the above and also the PM I'm sending you.
***Future dates for Killeen/Waco/B-CS are fluid at this juncture, obviously dependent on how much and how solid support for the current event evolves into the future. Plus many other factors, such as venue availability, suitability, school and public holidays, etc.
Given RW and other constraints on my time, I figure adding an "every 6th week" (to 8) event into my annual calendar is quite do-able, and if the event is in the KWBCS area, why not!
fyi - once you are vouched into the invitation process, you are vouched into any event regardless of geography. Vouching rules are consistent; as are attendance rules for your home location.
All who expressed interest in the recent B/CS event have been included either as vouched into the Temple event or have been reminded to get vouched if they do want to attend.
Looking forward to 8/21!

Yes! It is in the fine print in CK's signature Wed 21 August.
CK will announce the location to those on the list about 48 hours before the event. The time is 4:30 - 8:00pm

Final noticed to all ladies and gents are in the mail. 99 pct by PM (and a couple of misses since PM boxes appear to be full oir turned off) and the rest by EM.
Full invite (directions, location, etc.) will be sent Monday night.
Monday noon is cut off for vouching/verification since I need an approximate count to let the venue management know how many we expect (we are flexible, but not very).
More than 20 providers and more than 30 gents have expressed an interest. So I expect at least 20 to 30 or more attending if all goes well.
We will be in a "civilian" venue, so all of us need to keep that in mind with how we dress and how we act as a group and as individuals and how we interact with staff and other customers.
Yes, under 21 may attend, but may not drink alcohol. We'll have our own space, just not totally private.
Please observe basic rules:
-- Nothing illegal permitted.
-- No hobby chatter, talk of rates or services.
-- No drama! Leave any of that outside the venue, please.
-- We can, of course, exchange phones or handles (but name tag won't show a handle, per se)
Full rules are in the link in my signature and will be included in the invite, too.
