GneissGuy is dead on, if the hobbyist/provider doesn't want to bang one out, they don't give the countersign dammit. Not too hard for even the dimmest bulb around here.

Oh, and if there is to be a bracelet, it should be "HobbyStrong". Much more UTR and incognitom, but the bracelet idea is brilliant! Better even than SL's t-shirts!
