I know that an escort I choose to see is not my girlfriend. And I know I am taking a risk every time I stick my dick in one of their mouths without a condom on. You may very well be right. I may be flirting with disaster. But I believe a lot of the talk is exagerated over hyped bullshit and not all its cracked up to be. I will start worrying when guys start retiring because their dicks started falling off, not just because somebody told me I should worry. So far I've either been very very lucky or the risk is not as bad as some people say it is.

As Gina has stated, any provider who kisses or allows DATY is just as foul as a BBFS provider.

All the risks are the same. We can get herpes from DATY or kissing. We can get HIV from BBBJ, or contract throat gonorrhea, or other nasty shit. So looking down on someone for BBFS is really kind of stupid if you ever kiss anyone or give/receive oral.

If risk isn't your thing, never leave the house, and never ever kiss anyone or engage in oral without protection....in the hobby or with civilians, alike.

Herpes? A lot of people have it. However, transmission method is argued. Some say it's transmissive without sores, others say not. Regardless, chances are slim even when taking into account the pessimists' claims.

AIDS - I know this is the one you're waiting for.
HIV contraction is slim in general. Again, this is a topic still argued about. Why? The statistics of contraction are soooooo low that it's impossible to determine whether or not lies about experiences account for the positive cases.
what do I mean?
The pessimists - worst case scenario - believe 3% of HIV contraction is due to oral sex.
I believe there is on the order of 10,000 HIV infected in the dfw area. That would mean 300 of them contracted it orally. You're getting damn close to lottery statistics.

Take into account that most people have a reason to exaggerate, the likelihood that HIV is contracted from oral sex is highly unlikely. HIGHLY unlikely. Almost negligible.

Contraction rate from vaginal intercourse is on the order of 1%. That's a more firm statistic backed by larger numbers. That's a lot higher than lottery percentages. Not one I'd like to play with.

Anal intercourse is around 3% contraction rate. Now you're talking about serious probabilities that are loaded against you.

In summary, all experts agree that the contraction probability from oral sex is a mere fraction of that from vaginal sex. Furthermore, it's impossible to prove contraction has ever occurred from oral sex. An experiment proving that would be unethical.
However, it also hasn't been proven that it can't happen. Therefore, it would be negligent for doctors to claim it's impossible which is why the possibility persists.

How could we ever know which is most dangerous cause more than likely after someone that's infected with whatever gave oral I'm sure they had unprotected sex with their partner so who knows which way it entered the body orally or intercoursely, all in all its a crap shoot if you wanna risk it like many of us has risk it , it does feel better, just know your status, be reponsible people for your actions

Dear, your just flat out wrong. All risks are not the same. Or maybe you are simply not saying it the way you mean?

Transmittal rates for unprotected intercourse and anil sex are well documented for most if not all STDs. There are NO conclusive studies I have seen about transmital rates for oral sex. However, the general consises (CDC as well as just about every other respected source) is that while there is a real risk of getting a number of STDs through uncovered oral sex including kissing, the transmittal rates are far lower than intercourse and greek. So no, its not unreasonable to consider BBFS as more risky because IT IS.

As an educated, informed adult, I choose to consider if the risks of a specific sex act is worth the pleasure received. If I know a specific provider regualry indulges in BBFS with someone other than her SO, then I may very well choose to not see her as I know the risk, even with a cover, is higher with her than someone who, as far as I know, does not provide BBFS.

The only risk free sex is to not have any. Other than that, the best we can do is manage the the risk at an acceptable level for ones self. If its known you indulge in the highest risk forms of sex, then don't be supprised if many guys will not go near you.
