I agree with you, it is funny but I think for some guys the review is part of the fantasy experience. Some guys after they have sex with a hot chick go and brag about the details to their buddies. I'd guess most guys can't talk about providers they see with their friends so they talk about it on these boards.
I prefer to say stuff like "very vocal about enjoying it" that gets the idea across without assigning specifics. I know for a fact that women have acted. I'm almost positive a great provider in Lexington Ky used it to finish up because we were running out of time and her screaming and shuddering finished me off.

I never got a donation but I did recieve a nice kiss from a very anti-kissing provider once after she was surprised by an O.

I won't say I'm "skilled" but I know I've gotten better at it since I started the hobby. Firstly the lack of stress around the encounters helps - if she doesn't O I'm not going to be nagged about it.
Secondly I tend to see the same women multiple times so I get a chance to experiment and figure out what she likes. For me thats part of the experience.
