My experience with female dermatologists is that as a group, they are the hottest doctors (makes sense, right?).
As for the time issues, I think everything would just be a little simpler if everyone was a little more flexible with their time.
Guys, don't be such a hardass on time and leave yourself some leeway for your appointment (ie, don't go during your lunch break if your boss is riding your ass).
Ladies, try and understand that it's a little awkward and scary for a guy to be sitting alone in a strange parking lot with people walking around eyeing you oddly.
