Easy gorgeous. Why is it that anytime someone exalts bb sex, you guys automatically assume that they want to pressure you into it? What he is saying is that, if you are having unprotected sex with a provider, then you are fortunate enough to have a relationship outside of hobby confines that warrants that level of trust. You can't tell me that you haven't ever had an SO. And no rational human would want covered if it was not as absolutely necessary as it is.
