But it isn't the providers that lie and scheme to avoid using condoms. It is the clients who claim that they can't get hard with a condom, or they can't feel anything, and please just this once because I am clean and normally never have sex bareback and I've had a vasectomy and am actually a virgin.

Guys sabotage condoms so that they break or slip off. Ladies wouldn't have much reason to do that.
