Amazing how many people just repeat what they hear without putting actual thought into it. Russians would back them for what reasons exactly? Do you really think the Chinese want to fight us? Why? Sure, we owe them money and that is the reason people say they control us, but is that really the case? Let's examine...

We win the war...China loses all and we likely destroyed much of their industrial base with strategic bombing. No good for China.

We lose...our economy is ruined. The consumer base on which they depend is no longer in existence. The US bonds they hold for our debt would be worthless. Thus, their economy is ruined. Also, no good for China.
