^Please take one of those classes. My vision was a little blurry and was sweating quite a bit the last time we met. I was also having blood flow issues to all but one of my extremities :-)

Being a doctor and former paramedic: Do not leave the guy alone! That would be wrong and can get you in legal trouble. EMS has seen it all and they don't care if there are dildos and condoms lying around. If the guy is alert, give him a regular non enteric coated aspirin. If he has a heart condition, he may have some nitroglycerin spray or tabs around so give him those. If he has trouble breathing, prop him up and calm him down (this would be a time to cover your super hot tetas). If he is unresponsive, lay him on the side and make sure his mouth is open so he can breath freely. If he is not breathing do CPR. CPR is now much easier to learn because you just have to do the chest compressions and not the mouth-to-mouth breathing any more (which is like DFK a dead person that has just vomited- been there, done that). You may save somebody's life an feel good about it.

Please call 911 if I have a heart attack. I don't think the paramedics/police are going to give a shit about what was going on in such a situation, and I would gladly take the rap for the misdemeanor and be alive, damn it! Also, I recall during the Michael Jackson doctor trial they said that CPR on the bed (or any non-rigid/non-firm surface) is highly ineffective. I think you're supposed to move the person to the floor if at all possible, but I'm sure the good doctor Cheesecake can confirm or dispel this notion.

A guy I worked with used to take one day a week off and drive down to Corpus Christi tosee his girlfriend. His wife was here in SA. One time, he had a heart atack, while on the GF, in Corpus. The wife thought he was at work....
Awkward.

Yes, it is best to put the person on a hard surface to do CPR (a board underneath or on the floor). However, this may not be feasible if a 110# provider tries to move a 200# hobbyist around, she may break his (and her) neck. So CPR on a soft surface is less effective but better than nothing. Also, if the person is unresponsive, call 911 first and then start CPR otherwise you may have to do CPR forever and nobody ever come to help you.

I don't think you have to worry about the pants. If he is unresponsive, they will take off the clothing anyway if possible. Better focus on calling 911 and CPR
