I'm not a biological chemist or whatever the fuck but I don't think so. I think wet farts just give the impression of being wet because there's swass involved. So it's really just methane and hydrogen sulfide gas blowing past sweaty ass. I dont think any fecal matter or any solids of any kind are (or should be) actually involved.

I wear boxers , and I assure you as I'm wiping the floor , wet farts do exist !
