question for providers

No matter what type of business you run, from the hobby to selling cars, to selling aerospace guidance systems, people are going to haggle...

There are several well reviewed top providers who do 60 to 80 bng specials all of the time, some of those aren't specials, they are just the regular price. I personally don't think it is demeaning... But it's you're game, your rules.

I do think that if someone is haggling over 60 bucks, then they probably don't have the money to be in the hobby in the first place, unless they are just one of those people.

I'm fairly generous if my time ever goes over and without the provider asking will add to the donation.

All of that being said, 60 bucks for 10 minutes equates to $360 per hour or roughly 748K per year... not bad money.

She would have to see 40 people a week 1 hour at a time at 360/hr in order to make 748K in one year. That is unrealistic.

You fail to see what they are not getting paid to do. For each client they see, they have to have at least an hour to freshen up and get ready. Plus, you are not accounting for the time used to screen. Plus guys that just waste their time and never book an appointment. Plus cancellations and NCNS.

Now add that time to do a 10 minute appointment. There are not enough hours in the day.

Besides, who wants to have intimate relations with men for 8 hours at a time.

I totally get/understand that and agree with you, I wasn't really being completely realistic there... The actual gist of my comments were...

Those are the important take-aways from my post.

I personally don't haggle price and if the provider is right, don't really have an hourly max (if the provider is right) and do what I can to respect a provider's time and them as a person.
