To be more specific, if the OP can picture a really good therapeutic massage that doesn't stop touching you at the usual spots but teases and caresses them instead, allows mutual touching and takes the finish to a magnificent conclusion with oral skills, he can picture a true FBSM.

I think both styles have their pros and cons and I hope the OP tries the full spectrum I hope my move to mid cities didn't put me out of reach for you fine gentlemen! I love the FBSM...and I too interpret the "S" as "Sensual."

Since I'm no longer in my early 30s with a truckload of viagra stored up (whether I need it or not), I like a good portion of an hour session being the massage.

Many hobby guys here—who don't care about a massage—are only about how many positions they can fuck in and/or how many times they can cum in a session. Since I'm considerably older than early 30s, first, I don't have the stamina to go "full speed" for an entire hour. I'm in good (not great) health, but I like to relax some. I like—and need—the legit massage techniques like digging deep into my back or stiff neck and shoulders. This is because I'm usually really stressed with work, etc.

But then, I love the transition into the more sensual part—light touch, going between legs, and so on. This will pick up and eventually end with an L1 (or occasionally L2). I think this is a great combination. Again, some would consider the first half hour (getting a real massage) a waste of time. Not me.

Years ago I used to see a massage therapist, who was nice looking, but was strictly above board. I never even considered anything more with her, nor even hinted at the idea. Now that I'm so spoiled with the "extras" I can get, I'm not sure I could ever get a "regular" massage again.

I like VNurse's definition.

I've only done a couple of FBSM, and admittedly am not by any means a LMT/RMT, but to me its a sensual massage like what you would get from a lover with a special ending.

A massage session is very different from "other" sessions. The focus is really on the massage and build up. It's all about what you feel and not about your performance. It's an opportunity for you to relax and let someone else really take care of you. You get to be completely indulgent and just enjoy yourself.

It's not for everyone. The sessions are structured differently and we typically work the entire session on the client. Most of my clients are over 40 and have learned to slow down and receive the art in what we do. It's really nice when we get to know a client well and get to have conversations, have fun or just relax together

I think some may have misunderstood what I was saying before. To clarify:

In the REAL world, FBSM = Full Body Swedish Massage

In the much more pleasant world, FBSM = Full Body Sensual Massage

Personally, I love having someone on my table that I can stroke and rub and get all relaxed. I LOVE paying extra special attention to the tense and tight areas. Slow and steady...mmm mmm mmm.

speaking of FBSMs, i had one recently. the woman gave me a great massage on my back, arms, thighs, calves, and feet. a little ball play but not much.

when i turned over, she briefly massaged my chest and legs, then moved onto something i've never had. she massaged my groin muscles - up and down the area where the legs join the torso, the perineum, the ball sac, all around the shaft and ball sac. and not just a light massage, a deep tissue kind of massage! it was fantastic!!! for about 10 mins.

then, she oiled lil delites up and worked up into a lather and ended w/ a great release.

not exactly a fully therapeutic massage, but it was deliteful.
am looking forward to a fully therapeutic massage and a deliteful ending.
