Called out by Dr. Love! Beyond not knowing how I handle my dirty work, you are right on. The only way this type of thing can be tackled is by neighbors policing neighbors. But more often than not, people join their neighbors in benefitting, in any neighborhood. As in, "y'all bought that pool with insider trading money? It is hot, sure the kids would love a swim."

I completely agree the first thing is a talk with the offender, and if the offense is that bad and talk does no good enlisting authority might be right.

I personally own a business, have an entertainers license, and pay taxes. I know plenty of Ladies that do, that is how I learned about it when I started years ago. A lot of us are entrepreneurs and not just bimbos with a cell. In fact, the vast majority of us touring Ladies are business owners.
As far as government assistance, I feel it is given out far too freely, isn't regulated enough, and it actually hurts more than it helps. I feel that unless you contributed into paying taxes you shouldn't benefit from other people's. People shouldn't be rewarded for being scum and failures. I hate people that think the world owes them something when they aren't worth anything. IMHO government assistance should only be for those that contributed, those that briefly fell on hard times, and those with physical handicaps that are unable to be a part of a workforce.

If there was a way to somehow determine the percentage of welfare recipients who intentionally abuse the system, and the percentage of providers who fail to report all of their income, i wonder how the numbers would shake out.

Edit: Or for that matter, the percentage of landlord's who fail to give an entire accounting of their income, or who illegally pad their expenses.

I preach it all the damn time ROTH IRA don't just think about now Ladies think about later which is more important. Bad money skills will catch up, lying to the IRS will catch up, and not planning for tomorrow (securing a good lawyer if you get in trouble, savings account, retirement, paying shit off NOW not later, secure an education to fall back on...) will all make this hardwork and awesome money be for nothing.
If you get busted in some states it isn't just a misdemeanor and they turn you over to the IRS.

I believe no child should go hungry as well. I also believe we should test for prohibited topics and give a depo shot to women collecting benefits as well so that we cut back on mouths to feed. If you can't afford a kid don't have one. I think you should pay a tax per child you have like China.
