This should be a safety forum as Paul said, though I can see where bad TCB could merit an alert;poor TCB can cost a fellah $$ and can be a clear indication of alert-worthy behavior.

I don't see why upstate ny should have different guidelines. If something is worth doing it is worth doing site wide, and local differences could muddy the waters when shopping elsewhere.

I believe any alert should be backed with evidence. I feel any accusation w/no story behind it is discriminatory and should be deleted. If you're not willing to say how you got ripped off because you feel dumb, shut the fuck up. Most of us have been there, if you haven't been robbed, you haven't been whoring. Put what one knows out there and let the other party respond should they wish. Maybe bogus claims against members should be dealt with more harshly but unsubstantiated claims against anyone make this a girlie gossip column.

Now I have a question: a girl I reviewed has deteriorated. TCB has gone apeshit and I'm not feeling good about her 'yes'. I don't want to comment on my review and bump the thread back to page one, but I'm not sure I should issue an alert. Is there a best way to inform our members that this girl might be shady?

THis has been a bone of contention for some time now and it has been discussed in house but I am very glad that Rooster is sharing and we're seeking feedback.

For me the issue is membership safety! The ONLY reason, in my honest opinion, an alert should be posted is LE concerns, or personal safety concerns! But whatever the issue the parameters outlined as far as forbidden topic/subject go, MUST be adhered to. I spend time having to address the forbidden topic comments that are made and addressing them as required! I think that the bottom line is that there are serious issues and concerns that can negatively effect the membership and for that reason very clear guidelines need to be developed that will ensure everyone's safety!

It blows my mind that we don't have a public NCNS list. On other sites we have it and the Gents bash the NCNSer just as much as the Ladies. I posted about a NCNS on here a while back and some threw a baby fit. I put a lot of time, effort, and money into getting ready for each and every date. It is extremely rare but when someone wastes my time (which is my money) I am LIVID. Someone else would have had that time, I had to turn down others because I don't do a revolving door and I put a lot of time into setting everything up. Some Ladies see 2 guys in the time it takes me to get ready to see 1.
When it comes to TCB I think Gents should know if someone double books, forgets bookings, has a revolving door(though most you would never know unless she slipped up and ran over 30 minutes), and so on.
As far as "she didn't get back to me" that is a bit petty, I can list about 15 screen names off the top of my head from WNY alone that I NEVER reply to or just give them the run around and never set up a date because they are asses for various reasons (are assholes on the board, overstayed without tipping, used every towel in my bathroom, canceled a date more than twice in a year, trash talked other Ladies talking about their civi lives in front of me, tried to get powder room info from me...).

I just know that if I were a Gent and knew that another Gent didn't take the hobby seriously or respect women I wouldn't allow his opinion or whines to mean as much to me knowing that he is a problem hobbiest.
I know that when I hear and read things about some "Ladies" they don't hold as much salt to me (ie: I don't take refs from them, avoid seeing Gents they see because I know they offer BBFS, know they don't screen so I don't count them, ect.)

Please actually read my post about my logic and reasoning Iggy. You don't have to agree with me, I don't expect that. I never mentioned it being about venting, however, it always makes a good read and shows the other side of the hobby to Gents.
