Same post I just posted in your other bogus alert. Funny how LE is only after you.
Here is the deal. Point blank. When you knock on the door if you haven't done your screening correctly and LE is behind the door you are arrested at that time. Any conversations you have just add to the evidence. If you don't do anything sexual and do everything by the book, then guess what.........you are still arrested but it may be dropped in court for lack of evidence. The LE's job is to arrest you with as much evidence as possible, but nobody goes free once contact is made. Moral of the story. This guy wasn't LE. SCREEN SCREEN SCREEN and then when something like this comes up do everything by the book so it may dismissed later if you missed something. No chance this was LE though.
