Huge helpful hint if you can find them still: Watermelon is your friend. Hydration, nutrients and easy on the system.

Great to hear from you. Went through a similar experience several years back. It was a tough year but made it through. Put it behind me and all was fine after that.
So don't get caught up looking too hard at the short term, look a little farther down the road that you will be in good shape and will be a stronger person after you get through the short term suckiness.
