That way the gentleman (or lady) can come-up with any kind of explanation they might think is acceptable by the person asking that hard question. Invoices for repairs completed and charged for could require a receipt to satisfy judgment.

My Square account has something similar to the first one. It's never been questioned and even been sucessfully expensed. I can email a receipt for those that need one. I charge a 3-5% convenience fee, so that makes it seem more like a legitimate amount.
Be sure to associated it with an email address totally unrelated to the hobby. And google the name you pick to make sure it doesn't come up as a strip club or something... I had to pick different initials because a swingers club used the same name. Don't ever post it anywhere on the board as it would come up in a google search.
HR depts are notorious for using the internet to search out anything that seems fishy.
