I have done it many times in a business/marketing situation. And would bring the same women to several. My colleagues thought they were my girlfriends. I got away with it because of my reputation. People thought I should have a girlfriend, so they thought nothing of it. But I regret it now. I was living a lie. I lacked the balls to live a real life, so I created a pretend one.

I have made friends with several providers, good friends with a few. I have gone to business functions, social engagements and traveled internationally with two (at different times).

It is all based on the maturity and intelligence of the two people being involved and not being so totally mismatched as to give it away. I am in my 40's so I would bring people in a similar age rage.

Develop a good, strong, EASY TO REMEMBER STORY, both of you are comfortable with.

For example, "we were introduced through mutual friends at a networking event."

Are you kidding? There are alot of very classy women I would love to have as arm candy for any function. ie, Gia Stevens, Shea, or Jenna Monroe just to name a few.
