I hate texting and I hate all the fucking abbreviations the dickheads use when they text me, too... as if I went to fucking Text Tech, or something.

Memo to the Text-ho's; when I went to college we didn't have text messaging and people with cell phones were called Doctors . Give me a motherfucking break!! And you wanna know what else? How about those fuckstains that can't understand that you aren't available to ping-pong text messages at that particular moment because, shit I don't know, maybe you MIGHT BE DRIVING AN AUTOMOBILE!!!!!!! or something more appealing than using a fucking telephone as a god damn typewriter, and they continue to hammer your ass with text-messages in rapid-fire succession wanting to know why you're not answering them/ ignoring them?

In the time it takes me to text "LOL" or "BFF" I could have arranged for seventeen fucking appointments, stopped and got a bottle of hooch, showered, and turned back the sheets if you would just use the mother fucking device for it's original purpose.........CALL!!!!

That shit pisses me off so fucking bad I just had to say it twice!

(now I just know you motherfuckers with my phone number are gonna blow my phone up all day now with that texting bullshit. Grrr!)

I don't mind texting, so long as I am idle. I detest text-abriviated speech, and when people text and drive.

Otherwise, I think that it's a great tool. I'm especially fond of sending/recieving pics/films over my mobile device. With one pic I don't have to explain in writing or verbally describe what I am looking at. Communication can be achieved with less effort and/or frustration.

How many times have we received a description by a lady describing how hot she is. So, you imagine this by her description:






Then she sends you a pic, and she looks like this:

I just pm first. I feel funny like I'm intruding into someone's life or personal time with a call or txt first. (I think I get this from my pop who distrusts technology.) Plus it makes me feel safer for some reason. I leave the texts or calls for after the session has been established and I'm on my way.

both of my vehicles have BlueTooth Hands-Free phones----why text and get busted by cops or worse yet----have an accident and they find your cell phone on the floor of your car with an open text...

of course if you are a San Antonio Police Sergeant (I think his name began with "A") ===> you don't have to worry about that!!

Yep and good buddy w/the chief. A civilian would get twenty years for this CRIME and who knows what other devilment the little twerp was up to at the time. A woman was killed in the accident. The SAPD was really dirty before current chief and it's getting dirtier every day. "Nobody likes a cop 'till they need one"

I am new to this board and to this area, but, I have been around for a minute in various cities and states and I have friends in different cities and states. I have heard of girls getting busted and the authorities making threats to get access to all text messages and emails. I have never been busted for anything, however, shit happens, so, It is for this reason that I do not take text messages and I am really limited on what I discuss via email as well.
