2. "Profit from prostitution." A person "profits from prostitution" when, acting other than as a prostitute receiving compensation for personally rendered prostitution services, he accepts or receives money or other property pursuant to an agreement or understanding with any person whereby he participates or is to participate in the proceeds of prostitution activity.


if the actual charge is promotion then i would think she doesn't actively work as a prostitute but that he just offered her money for sex and she accepted, which then is technically prostitution.

seeing how even 6-7 years ago he was known to always have at least one young 20-something female on his "payroll" at any given time that makes the most sense...

I often wonder about these types of things. There are A LOT of lawyers and doctors in the hobby. In screening newbies I have called so many law firms and doctors offices. What is their plan if the shit hits the fan?

i have a lot of clients who are both and i think in general they are just far more selective and cautious about whom they chose to see and are also far more discreet about doing so.

i also find that even when they have families there's never the slightest reservation in providing me their personal information for screening purposes whereas it's always the regular joe who refuses even if he's single or divorced...

Well regular joe dos seem smarter than most lawyers. I understand why gals want that info. But I have never given out a work phone number. Some here errrr use to be here lost jobs that way.

edit add: when regular joe get nailed it almost never makes the new. Yet he is the one that harder to get info from. So no way to know if joe is regular. hehehe

not to mention that given the size of the legal and medical communities in rochester, plus given how small of a town it really is, it is virtually impossible to be able to go out in public with a mistress without someone who knows you and/or your wife seeing you.

even for those lawyers and doctors who are single or divorced they're not going to be able to be out and about in the bars and restaurants with a different young little thing on their arm every other week before all their colleagues and/or golf buddies know their business, or worse they get a reputation as a player amongst all those young little things...

That is so true! They will come right out and say "Oh I'm Dr____ call my office and ask for me plus I am on google and yada yada yada will that help in screening? Would you like my facebook?" Then some nobody will refuse to even tell what line of work he is in. I will never understand that. I understand if you are seeing some fly by night girl with no reviews or anything off of BP and not wanting to give info. If you are seeing someone who has their own site, is on multiple boards throughout the country, has reviews, has referrals/verifications/vip access/ vouched status/ provider+ status/green-for-go rating you are okay to give them information, they have more than proven themselves and are running an actual business, they are the ones that is taking a risk on seeing you.
