It's a simple "yes" or "no" question.

For the sake of argument let's assume that only 1000 of them are in Monroe County, NY.

Your answer to my question could be regarded as implying that you are one. It further suggests that you are concerned about how to say you are one without admitting you are one, presumably out of concern for your privacy.

Personally, it is my belief that if you truly were concerned that as a result of saying "yes, I am a licensed Mental Health Professional" your ECCIE user name could potentially be identified as one of at least 1000 possible people in Monroe County then you would not have said what you said, which again, seems to imply that you are one.

On the other hand, when you say "outing myself" that could be regarded as meaning you don't know how to say you aren't one without having to admit that you aren't.

So as a result of your weasel worded response we still don't know definitively if you are or aren't.

In my opinion what you said without saying it was "no, I am not".

ok miss e to answer your question yes i am trained and licensed. have been for a long time. i also hold two other degrees which i use for my other job. this is why i hobby. due to work load and personal life it don't leave much time to do dating seen. so it works out just fine for me. you are an intelligent lady and would understand why i was reluctant to answer your question. once people find out you are trained and licensed they tend to become more defensive towards you. that is some thing i did not want.
although it is a known fact that you don't like the ac. to me it is a nice get away. i am not going there to hobby. i am going there to have a drink and relax. it is a small crowd and people there accept you for who you are. don't have to worry about yelling over loud music. i always enjoy a good conversation and you can talk openly about things there. it is hard to find some places where you can do that.
i know for fact that i am on your dns list. i think you would be a good conversation. no shots or jabs intended by that.

I totally get what you mean though about girls becoming defensive with you once they find out. I know if I was vulnerable or desperate or had problems and was on the pole or working the AC I certainly would be. At the very least I'd probably feel like you were trying to rescue me. I have to imagine that would be a change of pace from guys in those places just looking for a piece of cheap and easy ass, but still...

Anyways yeah, given the company you keep, the places you keep it at, and your heavy investment in the board you are correct about being on my dns list. Your level of education and socio-economic status are irrelevant to me, but birds of a feather...water seeks its own level...yadda yadda yadda...know what I mean?

The gentlemen I prefer to see simply just aren't a part of the scene you chose to be, whatever the reason you chose to be a part of it. Those same gentlemen prefer that the women they spend their time with aren't either. I like it that way. They like it that way. Different strokes for different folks.

At least you seem not to take it personally. I'm sure it's my loss...

i understand and appreciate your views. i do know a lot of dancers. one of my close friends is a bouncer at one of the clubs. would go and hang out with him. with the dancers i have gotten to know i always have ended up being more of a friend and at times counselor for them. they can tact me all the time when they need to vent. as far as vulnerable or desperate girls. if i pick up on that at all there isnt a chance of any thing happening. there are lines i don't cross. also with me i don't judge any one. i don't care where person is from or what they do. i except them for who they are. i have come across many great people in places that some would look down upon.
i know a guy that has always gotten in to trouble. made really dumb mistakes. use to hang out i the worse places. many people had very low views of him. he lived in an apartment complex. down the way from him was a lady with three kids. the oldest being 7 years old. she was in to the drugs and hooked up with a guy. she would leave the kids to fend for themselves for days on end while she was gone. the guy found out about this happening and took the kids in. well the mother basically left the kids and now he is taking care of them. he is working all the time. to him those kids even though they are not his comes first in every thing. all he says is "i just want to make sure these kids have a good up bringing and a chance at life". he straighten his act out and is doing really good. the kids love him to death and act as if he is their father. that right there shows the old saying you can not always judge a book by it cover.
over the years i have learned to appreciate meeting people and learning there strengths and weakness. truly getting to know them for who they truly are. this is why i said it would be interesting to have a chat with you. you do have a some what unique point of view on things. it would be interesting to see and understand it better. again no jab or insult intended.
