Aaliyah you said youd call the cops! Straight up, Dont play like u didnt say that. I dont hang around anyone that wants to contact police that easy... And QUALITY isnt a dirty house off paseo. And that cant be very safe with everyone now knowing exactly where your at!!!

Ok lets get real... Aaliyah you straight said in exact words "leave or i will call the cops and tell them EDIT - removed forbidden topic" It was after midnight on a week night and she wanted me to leave right that minute. I payed half the rent and was a resident so i wasnt planning on leaving that very second. I had just gotten back... Then shetold e the cops wouldbe involved if i didnt leave that second. So i burned out!!!

Once she let you in and took your money for rent, the only way she could get you out is with an eviction notice. That's what the cops would have told her.

The cops would probably not check for forbidden topics without a search warrant on a domestic disturbance call. If there were forbidden topics in plain view, that would be different.

The OP needs to realize, if you let someone stay in your home, it's not that easy to get them out if things go sour.

That would be the best thing to do Aaliyah. You made the problem you are having known so just move on regardless of any baiting to get you to reply more. Per your reviews, you have a very good rep and I know you want to keep it that way.

Only those two know the truth behind all this. I'm not about to take sides, but it sure does seem alot of drama always follows MJ.

That only works if she has ever gotten mail there I believe. Cash changing hands doesn't mean much without a contract. She could say I let her stay one night now she wont leave if she never got mail there.

Just saying, just giving money over to someone to stay at a house doesn't mean anything if she can't prove anything.

I don't care one way or the other about this spat.But I thought if the OP asked to have their thread closed, it got closed. Good to know it's your choice.
