Maybe, but I think that is speculation unless someone is caught in the act of something. Also people tend to offer information freely when they are scared. I don't see how writing a review, in itself, can get me into trouble with LE.
If something happens to me because of what I posted on a review here then big brother has truely won and we are all damned.

Well, let's just agree to disagree on the subject. Determining comparative risk among various levels of public exposure is subjective and mostly a matter of opinion. We all need to decide for ourselves how much and what kind of risk we are willing to take.

I am not prepared to give a provider whom I've never met my address, place of employement, or date of birth, nor do I expect that from a provider.

I believe that P411 is based in Canada and it may even use servers in a completely different country.
And I believe prostitution is legal, although requiring adherence to certain guidelines, in several provinces in Canada, which would indicate a level of moral tolerance.
If this is true, there are a lot of hoops and several judges (in both countries) to go thru to get a court order requiring P411 to comply and give up information. Assuming it is even stored with in the country of Canada.

You are right. I checked their site after I posted. P411 is based in Toronto. Don't know if there are any Canadian laws prohibiting this service to US citizens, but you are right. Subpoena their records from Kansas City? Not likely to happen. They also claim to destroy any personal info once you are verified.

P411 is 100% Canadian owned and operated. Indeed, prostitution is legal in Canada and the climate leans towards keeping women safe from harm, rather than stringing them up for choices they've made about how to run their lives.

asking for a name isnt a big deal right any name a real name or a screen name either should be ok i mean there was a thread (title happends to slip my mind at this time)where should you use hon, babe, sweetie,or other pet names Vrs their real name to make more of a personal time with said provider and hobbier or just think of how many other people are called by their real name. But on the same hand i sure dont give up real world info to anyone that i have no reason too.hell what is in a name a rose by any other name still smells as sweet right?
but this comming from someone who dosent have a say either way i see a guys side as well as the ladies as well(even thou there are some here who tend to forget no matter our pick of how we spend our time we are ladies none the less)
This is my 2 cents take it or leave it

And how does employment verification work? Do you call the clients employer? Who do you say you are with?

Employment verification typically isn't as bad as one thinks. I used to do it as a loan officer and a lot of bigger companies now can do every via fax. You submit a phone or fa number and go from there. Typically a firm that does a lot of employment verification will send a filled out form to the number and another form will be faxed back from the employer. It will basically state said employee has been employed since this date and this is their current position within the firm. Nothing else is typically given other than job location.
However, it still concerns me that my information is out there and as I said before if I was FORCED to use p411 to hobby I would. However that isn't the case for me right now and I continue to see well known providers which makes it easier for me to see new providers down the road.

Really there isn't much you can get from employment verification on a legal standpoint if companies follow rules. You are supposed to have signed release from the said person saying it is ok for them to release your information, and even with that they will only verify yes you worked there, length, job title and wage. If they say much more they can be held liable to a lawsuit. And I never really got that anyway because if you know where anyone works, like your neighbor, you could use their name and their employer...it doesn't really verify anything.

They can't get the wage information to my knowledge. I believe that is considered illegal.
