If you go to enough restaurants, eventually one will give you bad service.
If you go to enough retail stores, eventually one will overcharge you.
If you go to enough mechanics, eventually one will claim they fixed the problem when they didn't.
If you patronize enough of any business, eventually you will have a bad experience.
It's what happens after the bad service that matters. If the business apologizes, explains the problem, and makes it up to you, then you should be satisfied. If not, that's when you post a review. Whether it is on Yelp, Google, Chowhound, or some stupid hooker board, you are telling your fellow community members that they may have a problem with that business.
