But his post tournament interview was pure arrogance. It might have turned me off him for good. I can appreciate that he was being honest--"If I enter a tournament, I want to win"-- but there are broader issues also involved in a 72 hole tournament. It doesn't take much to be gracious, but he's lacking that gene. It just rubbed me the wrong way. I like human beings, people with compassion and an ability to remove themselves from the center of the universe. I don't think Tiger has that part in his DNA.
Man, totally agree. Not one word of praise for the other the players still out there swinging, nothing... just pure Tiger arrogance. Completely rubbed me the wrong way as well. I'm a fan, love to watch the guy play but he could be so much more if he chose to be.

Was glad to see Lefty win. He played lights-out down the stretch and given what he is going through in his personal life, it was a gutsy performance. That 6 iron off the pine needles at 13 to within 4 feet of the pin was epic.

Thumbs up They should call golf ... Tigering.

Call me weird, but that arrogant part of Tiger is cool to me. He's playing for himself right? Why should his talks to the media be about other players who are not on his level? Most of the media came there for Tiger .. why shouldn't Tiger give them what's on Tiger's mind?

I don't remember golf being a team sport .. That arrogance is what made Tiger one of the greatest sport figures ever.
