If not a requirement or brought upon by health concerns... I have a feelin' that most men would never request the cup n' finger combo.
Then again, I guess it would be convenient if, while the doc is checking your prostate, you could look over your shoulder and request an ass wax while he's back there. Not like it would make the situation any more or less awkward.
