there for the agency would be considered a possession. ie you run the agency or own an agency. if we are looking for the proper use of the English language in all the post. well we would need a full staff to edit post 24/7.

you (singular) encouraged me, so i will also say that i've noticed since your ringleader was smacked down with the ban hammer, you (plural) seem to have lost a lot of your voices.

the voices are still here. the problem is not because "the ban hammer came down on the ringleader". the problem is in that we have a couple great mods and we have some that are not. when you have a mod that protects a provider and will put the screw to a hobbyist. well that person needs to go. it should be fair for both sides and not just one. another i feel is just in over there head and is not use to dealing with all different types of personalities. then they use what authority they can to try to control the personalities. no shot intended towards this person and not trying to make a personal attack against this person. some people are cut out for some jobs and some just are not.
i agree with jb about the freedom of speech. honestly i would rather see some one in one post just blast out with what is on there mind and get it over and move on. rather than the person being afraid to say some thing and they take jabs at people threw many threads and still stay pissed off because the cant "unload and speak there mind".
