Ladies and Gents - Delete your emails - I recently received a very pleasant email from a lady coming to town with a string of emails dating back from last year. I know it must be near impossible to remember from last year, but I would rather have to give new references than ever have to explain year old emails if anybody else was to find. Same with blind text messages that their number had changed.
