We’ve chatted before. I haven’t seen you but I plan to
I don’t like apartments or hotels. Offices are more discreet from the parking lot. Less people paying attention to those coming and going

any places with discrete parking lot , reason I do not like Apartments in general are they do require to register as visitor which I do not feel comfortable with sharing plate number

I personally try to avoid office visits.. to me to many people with keys.. Office Building managers, Maintenance guys, cleaners, then the random pop up fire inspections… maybe I’m just paranoid and that is all made up, but I had read in the past that’s how some AMPs were hit in past, again maybe I just thought of this and it never really happened.. but to me a residential such as apt is best. Once inside you can lock it and don’t have to open it nor does someone else have a key to get it really.

A lot depends on the specific location really. Your office incall off 183 is pretty low key, not a lot of foot traffic later in the day, and feels very discreet. It's a really good spot
I've met a provider in an office in a little office in a high rise that felt kind of crazy. It was pretty busy, nobody I knew around but still didn't quite feel discreet haha. (Her office was also set up so sound wasn't really a problem, so I would think sound isn't as bad an issue as people might think.)
Still beats the time I met someone at a hotel and there was a whole Indian wedding reception just standing and talking in the entranceway and foyer of the hotel!! I was just like "excuuse me.." and squeezed past 😅
So yeah a shower is nice but a convenient lowkey location is even better

That was my concern before I got an office: inspections!
luckily , the building manager that I have now couldn’t care less. They don’t like to be bothered. It’s hard to even get them to go into my Suite when I’m not there if something needs to be fixed. It’s the kind of office where each business has their own set schedules so there’s not people walking in and out all day. If the fire Marshall shows up to do an inspection, and there’s no one there to unlock the door: then they’re out of lock LMFAO.
(I can’t tell all of my secrets, but my business front is ingenious. If I do say so myself. No mention of massage or spa services so the health department isn’t interested)

Prefer a home or office myself, apartments can have nosy neighbors and lots of riff raff hanging around

Much easier to explain a trip to an office than an apartment when you're stalked on life 360. Lol

If you go with the office, one thing you might consider to mitigate the lack of a shower is having Dude Shower On-The-Go wipes available (from the makers of Dude Wipes). They are really good alternatives when showers aren’t available. They aren’t flushable, but they are disposable so the guy can just toss them in the trash.

One of my favorite places was in an office building. She had an entire wing of the complex, shower, room with hot tub, room without, one with an electric fireplace and giant tv. Price varied based on room selected. I miss that place.

I always have baby wipes those do the same as the other ones in my opinion, but maybe I’m wrong! I also keep a water cooler rented that dispenses scolding hot (or cold) water if soap is needed.
My main concern is the Texas heat luckily our summer was pretty mild, but if it’s 105°, someone will come in drenched just walking from their car lol. Or, circumstances like today, a BDSM session. A good shower is appreciated afterwards, for both of us! It’s such a tough decision. I wish I could predict the future.

The Dude Shower product is MUCH better. It’s like industrial-strength baby wipes, which it needs to be since it’s made for full-grown men. A guy only needs one…I’ve tried baby wipes for the same purpose and even after using 3-4 I still don’t feel as clean as when I use Dude Shower.
Not as good as a real shower, but definitely better than baby wipes.

I only feel slightly singled out
Your Addison place is nice. I'm grateful you allowed me to share with a drop fee for the month. It is unfortunate that I cannot commit to more.
More on topic, I also really enjoyed working out of the small office space I had in the tall office building. It was absolutely incognito and several clients told me they liked parking at an office tower because it was more discreet than getting caught parking at a hotel or apartment.
The lack of shower was less of a problem than having to walk down the hall to use the restrooms but it was a fair tradeoff for the savings on overhead. The shower situation is easily mitigated by proper supplies, the having to get dressed to go to the restroom... not so much!
I think whichever you choose (apartment or office), you'll never please everyone, so the best bet is to do what works best for you.

I have no worries concerning being seen anywhere, but I like apartments. Hotels can be either sketchy or uncomfortable if there are access issues in the higher end hotels. Keys needed for elevators... walking past a desk clerk. The last visit I had was in a studio apartment in a nice safe area. The provider said that it was an Air BnB that she had a one year lease with and shared expenses with another provider. Have not tried offices, but I'm sure they are fine. Good luck.

Pros and cons to both.
Pro for the apartment/hotel is the shower if needed.
Con for the apartment/hotel
Someone already mentioned, that undesirable people can hang around outside, especially at night. They "normally" don't do this in the office parking lots. There are some providers that I would see more if they didn't stay at slum hotels.
Con for the office
You have to be more quiet in the office if others may be in or around other suites. I have a tendency to finish loudly sometimes. I have been told "shhhhh" lol
There is a massage therapist I see, in the past we have done bdsm, but in her new office it is difficult because she is worried about the noise. So I don't see her for that anymore.
I have been paddled by DallasBella before, but luckily I didn't scream out in pain. But I could see if walls were too thin in an office or there were many people around, someone might be able to hear.
