I'd rather have a president who chickens out than one who gets us into another cold war, or another quagmire like Iraq. Russia's not going to lose in Ukraine unless the USA or Europe risks pushing the world to the brink of nuclear war. What would the USA have done if Canada were pushing to become part of the Warsaw Pact and the Soviet Union were backing up the Canadians?
