Garcia is not a asylum seeker. he's here illegally to begin with then married an american woman who claims he beat her so yeh let Garcia have his day in court and see what happens. he'll get thrown out again, he should have been thrown out years ago by these judges who seem so sympathetic to these criminals. A court needs to determine whether he was involved in trafficking. Not a trial by the public over a YouTube video. All I really care about is that he does get due process. I don't give a fuck if they find him guilty and throw him out. But they need to do it right.
As for "telling you why"....AGAIN...it is because it is his right. The same for everyone. It's what the Constitution says.
Now... there is the argument by Trump that this is an "invasion" and he can suspend habeus corpus. THAT needs to be determined in court also, because history says he is quite likely getting that wrong. We will see.
