It has been well established that some can express their opinions with more latitude than others, but as far as this thread goes, there is no use arguing about semantics, he likes what he likes and dislikes what he dislikes.
While it is true that he did not describe what his term of what fat and ugly is to him, I believe that if he said it, he would piss off more than if he just made a general statement like he did, which would have probably got him points for being too particular as some would take offense and RTM his post.
However, like any post on this site, the staff can construe and interpret any post as a GL infraction if they so choose.
