Note the deficits from no tax on OT and the 160hr work month are loosely related. What the hourly worker wants is have things just how they are now, work 50 hours get paid 10 tax free. What the 160hr work month could do is eliminate overtime pay all together in some industries, probably low skill labor that is easy to replace.
This is all laid out in Project 2025 (page 223) that trump supposedly has never heard of.
