Yup, best instructional i ever read, Jules Milano suggests flat tongue, stroking downward over the clitoral hood, slight fingertip action around both labia. The flower is the obvious target, but the rose bud is in close proximaty, I've always wondered is it a go/or no go area. Many women are so guarded about the area.
